AM I GETTING A GOOD ACCOMMODATION DEAL?
Absolutely!   Royal Pacific offers some of the lowest tariffs on the Gold Coast yet provides apartment  accommodation (not just a hotel room) in the most convenient location. You can also customize your stay with our great value optional extras.

WHAT OPTIONAL EXTRAS CAN I BOOK?
Customizable options can be selected when booking your apartment. Depending on the apartment type chosen, you can select these great value optional extras:
• Extra services
• Late checkout
• Early check in
• Cot , High Chair, Push Chair.
• Rollaway bed
• Linen for fold out sofa (for extra guests)

WILL MY ROYAL PACIFIC ONLINE BOOKING BE SECURE?
Yes! Book on this website  with confidence. Your transaction will be Booking Button  compliant ensuring a robust security process. You can also book and pay directly from your bank account.  Alternate payment methods are available, contact us for details.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN BOOKING FEES?
Absolutely not! Unlike with other accommodation providers, there are no additional fees or charges when booking with Royal Pacific.

CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION?
Yes! Contact us as soon as possible. Subject to availability and some conditions may apply.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Not much! Just your personal items. Contained in each unit are linen, towels, crockery, cutlery, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer (available from Reception) . With regards to toiletries such as toilet paper and soap, starter packs are provided, should you require additional supplies they are available for purchase from reception or alternatively there is a shopping centre within an easy 5 minute walk from the Resort . Please also bring your booking confirmation and MasterCard or Visa card

WHAT ARE THE PARKING OPTIONS?
Each unit is provided with a single undercover, basement parking bay with recording cctv. This security gated carpark is accessed only by using a security tag provided for the duration of your stay. Visitor bays are available near reception. Boat and trailer parking available. Street parking is plenty.

DO ALL THE APARTMENTS HAVE OPENING WINDOWS?
Yes! All Royal Pacific apartments have opening windows.

CHECK IN TIME?
2pm onwards. To guarantee early check-in, you must include it in your reservation or have prearranged with reception. If you arrive before 2pm and you haven’t pre-booked an early check-in, your unit may not be ready and we can store your luggage for you

CHECK OUT TIME?
10am. We can store your luggage for you after check out. Keep in mind you must collect your luggage before reception closes otherwise it may not be retrievable until the following morning. Late checkout may again be arranged through reception.
Note: There is a security safe for the storage of passports and small valuables at reception. Please enquire at reception if required.

WHAT ARE RECEPTION OFFICE HOURS?
Monday to Friday: 9.00am-5pm
Saturday: 9.00am-4pm
Sunday: 9.30-12.00pm

HOW DO I CHECK IN IF I WILL BE ARRIVING AFTER RECEPTION IS CLOSED?
If you anticipate this please contact us well before arrival during reception hours to obtain your after hours check in instructions.

ARE VISITORS ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT?
Yes of course, but not overnight. Royal Pacific maintains a strict no-party policy.

HOW DO I GET AROUND BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT ONCE AT ROYAL PACIFIC?
There are bus stops directly outside the resort for travel both north and south.  We are  also quite happy to arrange a taxi for you at any stage.  For further information on bus routes please ask reception.

WHAT IS A SELF-CONTAINED APARTMENT?
Royal Pacific Resort  specialises in providing fully furnished, self-contained apartments for short and long term stays.  Our self-contained apartments contain full kitchen facilities, including a full size fridge, microvawe, stove and oven, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities, cutlery, crockery and utensils.
Each apartment has a balcony with a water view,  lounge with TV,  kitchen and dining area, and a separate  laundry including a washing machine and dryer. Starter packs of toiletries are provided.
All linen and towels are provided, however  you may wish to bring an extra towel if planning to use our swimming pool and spa facilities.  Beach/pool towels are available for hire from reception.

WHERE DO I CHECK IN?
Check in is at reception at Royal pacific Resort. For after hours check in please contact reception prior to arrival during office hours.

HOW OFTEN WILL MY APARTMENT BE CLEANED DURING MY STAY?
Apartments are serviced on a weekly basis.

FOR STAYS OF 7 NIGHTS OR LESS, YOUR APARTMENT WILL ONLY BE CLEANED ON DEPARTURE.
For stays of 8 nights or more, your apartment will be cleaned every four days. All units contain everything you will need to do any additional cleaning. Laundry detergent and dishwashing powder are provided in starter packs only. Alternatively , extra servicing can be arranged at a small additional cost.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
For direct bookings cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival (30 days in Peak Periods) ,  deposit is refunded less $100 administration fee.  For cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival (30 days in peak periods), ALL monies will be forfeited.

SHOULD I GET TRAVEL INSURANCE?

We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves from unexpected changes to their travel plans.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
To make a confirmed booking, you are required to provide contact details and valid credit card details. If you do not have a credit card, a deposit  is required to secure a reservation .  During low and mid seasons this deposit is $200.  For all bookings during the high season a deposit of $300 is required.
Accepted methods of payment include cash, credit card and cheque.
If paying by cash, we require the account to be settled in full on arrival. A security deposit of $200 is payable on arrival for all non credit card payments. This security deposit is refundable on checkout.
If paying by credit card, we also require full accommodation payment on arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.   Please note a 2% surcharge applies to all Amex transactions.
If paying by cheque, the payment must be received 2 weeks prior to arrival, or an alternate method of payment must be arranged. Please note that we do not accept travellers’ cheques

HOW FAR AWAY ARE THE SHOPPING CENTRES?
There is a local shopping complex – Metro Market – within 5 minutes walking distance with restaurants and cafes, an  IGA supermarket as well as banks, bottle stores and a pharmacy.
• Harbour town outlet shopping : 5 minutes drive
• Runaway Bay shopping centre: 5 minutes drive
• Australia Fair: 10 minutes drive
• Pacific fair: 20 minutes drive
• Robina Town Centre: 25 minutes drive

WHERE CAN I FIND LOCAL GOLD COAST INFORMATION?
Information on the Gold Coast region, climate and transport can be found on the Visit Gold Coast site or during your stay you can visit our friendly staff at our reception who are your local information experts.

DO YOU HAVE ROOM SERVICE?
Unfortunately we do not have room service. You can however order takeaway meals for delivery to your room. Cuisine deliveries menus are provided in each unit.

WHAT OTHER ENTERTAINMENT FACILITIES ARE THERE?
In addition to the pool, spa, sauna, gym and games room, the resort also boasts two undercover BBQ’s with alfresco dining.

WHAT INTERNET FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE RESORT?
Unlimited wifi is available complimentary inall apartments and  public areas of the resort.

ARE THERE LAUNDRY FACILITIES AT THE RESORT?
Each unit is fully equipped with laundry facilities. Detergent is provided as a starter pack only and subsequent provisions may be arranged from reception for a small fee if required.

ARE POOL TOWELS PROVIDED?
Pool towels are  provided.  They are available from reception.

WHAT ARE THE SWIMMING POOL & SPA OPERATING HOURS?
The pool, spa, games room, sauna and gym are open 7am-9.30 pm daily.  Please note that resort facilities are strictly limited to guests only.

IS BABYSITTING AVAILABLE AT THE RESORT?
No, the resort does not offer babysitting facilities but our friendly team at reception would be happy to  assist you in making arrangements should you require it.

WHAT IS THE GAMES ROOM?
The games room is an unsupervised area  that is well equipped with coin-operated arcade style and challenge machines. Open daily from 7am – 9.30pm it also boasts  table tennis (ping pong) and pool tables in addition to the arcade gaming.  All areas are under 24 hour constant security camera surveillance.

DO YOU HAVE A GYM?
Yes we do.  The gym is located onsite and is equipped with an exercise bike, treadmill, weight training multi-station and chin up bars.  Open from 7am-9.30pm daily for your added convenience and free of charge for use by resort guests and residents only.  Please note that children under thirteen years of age are not allowed in the gym unaccompanied.

IS AN ATM / COIN MACHINE AVAILABLE AT THE RESORT?
No, the resort does not have an ATM machine.  However there is a shopping centre  –  Metro Market –  only a 5 minute walk away.

HOW TO GET TO THE RESORT BY CAR?

How to get to the resort from the airport?
Transfer options from either Gold Coast Airport (Coolangatta) or Brisbane Airports include taxis and coaches. Coach transfer times vary depending on the number of passenger drop offs.
Drive time by car from Gold Coast Airport (Coolangatta) is 40 minutes. Head Northeast on Terminal drive towards Gold Coast highway.  Turn left onto Gold  Coast highway.  After 29km slight right onto Marine Parade.  Royal pacific Resort is on your left.
Drive time by car from Brisbane Airport is about 55 minutes on the M1 and Pacific Motorway.  Please note that this route is the quickest and simplest, however it does have toll charges.
Head north-east on Moreton Drive.  Slight left onto the ramp.   At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the Moreton Drive ramp.  Take the ramp onto M1 and keep left at the fork and merge onto M1.Take the exit onto Pacific Motorway/M1 towards Pacific Motorway/Gold Coast.  Take exit 62-Gold Coast Highway for State Route 2 towards Helensvale S.  Keep left at the fork to continue toward Gold Coast Hwy/State Route 2.  Keep left at the fork and merge onto Gold Coast Hwy/State Route 2.  Turn left onto Marine Parade.  Destination will be on the left.
Bookings for airport transfers can be arranged by us but should be requested at least 48 hours in advance and can be done by calling Royal Pacific resort reception.
