One Bedroom Apartment
Each one bedroom unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, cupboards, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans for up to four people.
The lounge room features a two seater pull-out couch, 2 occasional chairs, dining suite with four chairs, coffee table, lamps, television, phone, air conditioner.
In the bedroom, there is a queen size bed, bedside table and lamps, wardrobe, linen and towels and bedspread with blankets and pillows.
The bathroom features a shower, toilet and washbasin. Towels are provided with starter packs of toilet paper, shampoo and soap.
The fully equipped laundry contains a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Starter packs of laundry detergent are provided.
The balcony contains a four seater dining table with either Broadwater, Surfers Paradise skyline or hinterland views or a combination of the three.
